Lines Restriction & Custom Characters in Signature

How do you create a 4-line signature set to a regular font size?
How do you add special characters (like arrows and other ascii characters to the beginning of the lines)?

I only had 4 lines in my signature but it said that there were too many lines. I limited each line to one word but it still said there were too many lines. Now I have 3 lines set to the smallest font and it’s ok but I see that other people have 4 lines with regular font.
