Privacy Statement
GMPHost respects and is committed to protect your privacy whether you are a visitor to our site or our customer.
Visitors of Our Web Site
For visitors, we have structured our web site so that, in general, you can visit us on the web without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information.
What information do we gather?
When a visitor requests a page from a GMPHost's web site, our web servers automatically recognize that visitor's IP address. The IP address reveals nothing personal about you. We use this information to examine our traffic in aggregate, but do not collect and evaluate this information for individuals. Our web servers do not record e-mail addresses of the visitors, and do not aggregate information on what other websites you have accessed or visited.
From time to time, our site may send a "cookie" to your computer. A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Cookies do not damage your system.
How do we use the information?
We may from time to time disclose to third parties aggregate information on our web site's traffic profile. For example, Internet advertising companies may require this data to help us better target our advertisements on our web site(s) and/or other web sites.
We use cookies to identify which areas of our site you have visited or customized, so the next time you visit our site, those pages may be readily accessible. We may use this information to better personalize the content that you see here. You can choose whether to accept cookies by changing the settings of your browser. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies, or allow your browser to show you when a cookie is being sent. If you choose not to accept these cookies, your experience at our site and other Web sites may be diminished and some features may not work as intended.
We may request your e-mail address for the purposes of conducting a survey or to provide additional services. Whenever we request the identity of a visitor, we will clearly indicate the purpose of the inquiry before the information is requested. We maintain a strict "No-Spam" policy, which means that we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party, without your consent. GMPHost will not send you emails that you have not agreed to receive. We may from time to time send you e-mails announcing new GMPHost products and services.

GMPHost may share customer information with selected partners/third parties, for example, to provide you with information about products which might be of interest to you or to enable you to take advantage of special partner programs. GMPHost may also use customer information to provide customers with system information or information about new or upgraded products.
We will not otherwise disclose customer personal and account information unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of GMPHost, our customers, or others, or where GMPHost has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
GMPHost disclaims any intention to censor, edit, or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or others. GMPHost will, however, review, delete, or block access to communications that may harm GMPHost, its customers or third parties. The grounds on which GMPHost may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of GMPHost's Acceptable Use Policy.
